About the role:
We are looking for a Technical Project Manager to work as part of a team to support the deployment of KantanStream. You will work with external clients and internal Project Management and Development teams to support the on-boarding and activation of clients on the KantanStream platform. This will entail daily interaction with clients, acting as a technical liaison point of contact for Project Management and development teams. You will be responsible for the monitoring, tracking and resolution of workflow or technical issues related to on-boarding of new clients. You will be responsible for recruiting and managing a team of support personnel in multiple locations to deliver 24x7x365 activation, on-boarding and support services.
In this role you should be a team player with a keen eye for detail and problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities:
- Working on the on-boarding, activation and support of new clients on the KantanStream platform
- Monitor, track and resolve any technical or workflow incidents in activation of new clients
- Manage an FTS (Follow the Sun) team capable of providing 24x7x265 on-boarding, activation and KantanStream platform support services
- Create technical documentation for reference and reporting
Candidate requirements:
- BSc/BA in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Proven experience as a Localization Engineer or Project Manager – 2-3 years would be ideal
- Familiarity with cloud-based software solutions
- Working knowledge of at least two of the following platforms : JIRA, Confluence, Zendesk, HelpShift
- Excellent communication skills with attention to detail
