Position Overview:
We are looking for a Technical Program Manager to join the Array team within AppLovin. In this role, you will have the opportunity to drive tremendous growth in a critical area for the company. You will be responsible for planning and executing on product launches with our OEM/Carrier partners. We are looking for candidates who are highly entrepreneurial, have strong problem-solving skills, and are excited about building products from scratch.
Responsibilities:
- Work closely with external and internal stakeholders to ensure successful launches; manage timelines, deliverables, and dependencies
- Identify opportunities and define requirements with our OEM/Carrier partners together with the team
- Proactively identify problems and create processes to solve them
- Work closely with cross-functional teams such as business development, product, engineering, marketing, legal, etc.
- Communicate product priorities to internal and external partners including AppLovin leadership.
Requirements:
- 6+ years of professional experience as a technical program manager with customer-facing products
- BA/BS degree in computer science, engineering, math, or a related technical discipline
- Is driven to proactively identify issues, risks, and opportunities
- Is able to organize other people to reach a shared goal
- Is a creative problem-solver, able to break down complex problems into manageable components.
- Communicates effectively with their peers, executives, and independent contributors.
- Has experience working across product, engineering, and business teams and can translate the technical to nontechnical stakeholders and vice versa.
- (Preferred) Strong technical and product understanding
- (Preferred) Prior experience in startup-like environment
