Amazon Game Studios is seeking an exceptionally skilled and enthusiastic Technical Program Manager (TPM) to join our team either in Seattle, WA. The TPM will work with our team to organize and manage technical talent, specs, and development on an exciting new mobile game and future mobile games.

The ideal candidate has a proven track record of project management for live service games. You have deep technical knowledge of game features and pipelines. You possess strong written and verbal communication skills and production sensibilities. You have attention to detail and deep understanding of modern game engines and how designs are converted into engineering tasks. You are adept at working within a highly collaborative, multidisciplinary team of designers, artists, and programmers.

Responsibilities:
· Organize technical relationships with internal and external teams
· Handle day to day development reporting
· Facilitate technical breakdowns and reviews of specs
· Deep dive on technical issues to build domain expertise

Basic Qualifications

· 5+ years in a technical software role
· 2+ years in a program management or project management role
· 1+ launched software products
· Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

Preferred Qualifications

· 7+ years in project management
· Certified Project Management Professional or similar
· Experience launching games as a service
· Experience on mobile software
· Experience wearing multiple hats on a small team
· Experience working in JIRA
· Passionate mobile gamer with in-depth knowledge
