Technical Program Manager, Server

We are looking for a Technical Program Manager to join our Games Server team, which focuses on areas like scaling to keep up with rapid user growth and developing new features with other teams.

IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL:

• Partner with a senior TPM to ensure the server team operates effectively, focuses on the most impactful work and stays in sync with the rest of the company
• Maintain the server team’s process, including organizing work items and managing sprints
• Publish team metrics and status updates
• Drive triage sessions for new requests and ensure the server team responds quickly, including working with engineers to understand effort required
• Contribute to projects in a non-engineering capacity
• Build relationships throughout the company to ensure the server team is accessible, meeting expectations and aware of efforts that require attention

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or similar
• Experience with Software Development
• Familiarity with SCRUM or Agile Development methodologies
• Familiarity with ADO, Confluence, git, or other program management tools
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• A constant desire to learn, improve, and help others

BONUS POINTS:

• Experience with servers and/or cloud providers like Azure
• Experience working on games, mobile applications or web applications
• Experience with VR or AR applications
