The EA Security team protects EA by reducing our exposure to security risks by raising awareness and providing a measured, proportionate set of security and risk management controls, services and solutions. This department also ensures that EA is meeting required security standards as defined by a variety of different regulatory bodies.
The Secure Product Engineering & Anti-Cheat Response Team ensures that all EA Games are developed with the security of our players and their personal information as a priority.
As a member of the EA Security Players and Games Program Management team, reporting to the Senior Security Manager, you will guide security engagements and Product Security Response cases across EA. You will partner with studios and technology teams, along with security engineers & architects, reverse engineers, and intrusion experts to ensure we continue releasing secure games and services and maintain a high security bar post-launch.

We are looking for a Security Technical Program Manager to join our team and help us shape the future of the security engagements for EA's games and services.
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage security engagements of games and services from start to finish and communicate with partner teams and leadership
- Advise partner teams about security best practices and help them identify security risks
- Work with Security Engineering managers to determine scope, timeline, requirements of engagements and ensure the delivery of project activities
- Shape the future of the Secure Product Engineering & Anti-Cheat Response Engagement Program, allowing us to grow to meet the demands of EA's recent game studio acquisitions
- Manage operations of EA's Product Security Incident Response program and work with all partners to bring security cases to resolution.
- Lead project teams to determine the scope, timeline, requirements and ensure the delivery of security programs and operational projects.
- Develop project management procedures, methodologies, Indicators and improve our processes
- Guide communications throughout the program lifecycle, providing the visibility and transparency required to ensure team and partner understanding.
Job Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field or relevant professional experience
- Engineering and security program experience or knowledge (5+ years)
- Passion for security and interest in Coordinated Vulnerability Disclosure and Bug Bounty programs
- Understanding of application security concepts and SDL methodologies
