About the Role
The Global Infrastructure (GI) Business Operations Team focuses on providing business support to our customers. You will join the Business Systems Operations Team and report to the Director of Business Operations. You will work with Developers, Networking, Data Center Operations, Business Operations, Supply Chain, and Engineering Operations. You will guide development and adoption of our business systems with our teams. You will organize, drive and track projects for infrastructure operational tools and automation development, network backbone circuit growth, and hardware evaluation projects. This position can be located in Salt Lake City, UT and Seattle, WA.
You Will:
- Support operational projects, including documentation of requirements and process flows
- Author training guides and provide training to users to help expand knowledge and adoption
- Identify and investigate bugs and partner with the technical team on resolutions, facilitate in the testing and launch activities for enhancements and major releases
- Organize clear communication channels with external teams to promulgate information
- Track current project status updates and escalate roadblock issues
- Lead User Acceptance Testing once development has concluded and review changes with impacted teams prior to deployment
- Partner with our teams to identify new business process improvements and prioritize needs and delivery timelines
- Work with partners to define priority and facilitate backlog grooming with development teams
You Have:
- 3+ years of experience in ServiceNow technical program management, or related work experience
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science or equivalent professional experience .
- Working knowledge in software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile Scrum concepts such as User Story, Backlog, Sprint Planning, Retrospective

- Knowledge or experience in Network Engineering or DataCenter Operations
- Experience working directly with engineering teams
- Certified as scrum product owner, scaled Agile framework, or similar
- Experience explaining and documenting complex technical issues to a non-technical audience

The base pay range for this position in Washington is $127,100 - $172,000 yr. Pay is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. A sign-on payment and restricted stock units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position offered.
