Responsibilities
- Defining and delivering Playtika's gaming platform infrastructure and services
- Owning technologies roadmap and all tech strategic flows in studio
- Collaborating with technical and business stakeholders to create prioritized valuable backlog
- Working closely with development teams before and during the sprints to ensure that they understand the vision of the product and are designing great effective solutions
- Synchronizing with other PO's across the organization to provide successful deliveries
- Inspiring and motivate the development teams to deliver innovative and exciting solutions with an appropriate sense of urgency
- Promoting continuous improvement
Requirements
- 3+ years: experience managing the development and launch of software products or services in a product management or equivalent role;
- Lead product development and release process for technical epics and maintain the core development road map;
- Coordinate the collection, description, analysis and prioritization of requests for technical improvements from stakeholders;
- Strong knowledge of agile development practices (especially Scrum), methodologies and tools;
- Experience writing user stories, grooming product backlogs and coordinating/prioritizing conflicting requirements;
- Experience in writing Technical Design Documents or Technical Requirements;
- Technical knowledge and experience (client – server architecture, database);
- Experience in managing multiple assignments and meeting deadlines;
- Experience with cross-functional teams that include engineering, product and marketing staff;
- Ability to work in fast paced environment and accommodate change and ambiguity;
- Able to effectively interact and communicate with multiple levels of an organization
- Good understanding of business goals and priorities;
- Good level of spoken and written English
