Technical Product Owner

We are looking for Technical Product Owner to one of our game studio!

You will be responsible for defining and delivering technical and infrastructural product in one of our casual game in the Warsaw office!

Who are we looking for? A strong Product manager who will define technological strategy of one our successful game studio.

Main points for us are:

• Proven experience in product management or business analysis area is a must
• Development background in the past considered as an advantage, being a technical lead before – is amazing
• Understanding of engineering mindset – ability to hear business requirements and come up with a technical solutions
• Experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) – no need to have managerial experience, but you need to understand how it works
• Good soft skills as you will need to interact with a lot of stakeholders from business till development teams. English – upper-intermediate and higher
• Presentation skills as you will need to show results of your work to company higher management
• Being able to adapt fast – we’re fast-moving company, the priorities can change in one day and you need to handle it
• Ability to challenge development teams in terms of solutions and estimations

Bonus points for:

• Startup experience or own side projects – even if you failed
