Technical Product Manager II - League of Legends, Devices Compatibility

Technical Product Managers combine deep experience with product leadership capabilities to allow Riot to provide essential products and supporting systems to players. You will develop product strategies on Riot's products and technologies while leading diverse teams to provide creative solutions to our most difficult technical challenges.

As the Technical Product Manager for the League Devices Compatibility Team you will help build a new team that will oversee compatibility, performance, and capabilities on mobile, PC, Mac, and additional platforms for games that run on the League Engine, including League of Legends and Teamfight Tactics. You will be accountable for providing game teams with the tools they need to maintain a high level of in-game quality and performance across all platforms for millions of players around the world. You will report to the Product Lead for League Tech.

Responsibilities:

• Help build and hire the team
• Establish a strategy to ensure that the core League engine meets the cross-platform needs of League of Legends and Teamfight Tactics
• Manage relationships with first-party platform developers (e.g. Apple, Google)
• Lead and set direction for the League Devices Compatibility Team

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years of relevant industry experience
• Experience with mobile platform development
• Excellent teamwork, team leadership, and partner management
• Worked with and led agile teams

Desired Qualifications:

• Experience with console development
• Experience in game engine or real-time simulations work
• Experience working with first party developers
• Experience with Rendering, Client Networking, or Performance optimization
