Responsibilities
Your Daily Life at Bethesda Game Studios
As Technical Producer, you will...
- Ensure programmers complete sprint deliverables on schedule
- Identify, mitigate, and escalate risks to project timelines or deliverables
- Document and track programming team tasks, bugs, and stories
- Communicate updates on project trajectory to internal leadership and stakeholders
- Address production issues for a 24/7 Live operation
Qualifications
What Makes You S.P.E.C.I.A.L.
- You have a minimum of 3 years experience as a Technical Producer for an engineering team on a live production service and or new service
- You have working knowledge of project management and task management tools
- You possess exceptional attention to detail
- You have excellent communication skills
- You are able to communicate effectively with anyone at any level in the organization to ensure a good customer experience
- You maintain a positive outlook; lead by example
- You have the ability to find deliverables, action items, and requirements out of ambiguity
- You adapt well to change
- You are highly dependable and are able to build trusting relationships with programmers and leadership

- You have experience with deploying changes to existing (live) products and new products
- You have experience triaging and prioritizing emergent issues in a 24/7 production environment

Salary Range
Technical Producer - The typical base pay range for this position at the start of employment is expected to be between $60,000 - $140,000 per year.
ZeniMax has different base pay ranges for different work locations within the United States, which allows us to pay employees competitively and consistently in different geographic markets. The range above reflects the potential base pay across the U.S. for this role; the applicable base pay range will depend on what ultimately is determined to be the candidate’s primary work location. Individual base pay depends on various factors, in addition to primary work location, such as complexity and responsibility of role, job duties/requirements, and relevant experience and skills. Base pay ranges are reviewed and typically updated each year. Offers are made within the base pay range applicable at the time.
At ZeniMax certain roles are eligible for additional rewards, such as merit increases and discretionary bonuses. These awards are allocated based on individual performance and are not guaranteed.
