This is an exciting opportunity for a Technical Producer to join the Digital Magic production team. This role will work with internal and external teams to deliver digital Magic content to our passionate fans.
The ideal candidate is an experienced producer who can guide teams, workloads, and schedules to ensure projects and features are delivered on schedule.
What You'll Do:
- Work with your squad and partner squads to identify and document requirements, results, and goals.
- Use established software development processes to ensure project and feature quality and delivery.
- Identify, communicate, and address potential problems like resource blockers, quality concerns, and scope changes.
- Craft clear, detailed, and proactive communication for your immediate squad, partner teams, and leadership.
- Handle prioritization and scheduling of tasks, bugs, design iteration, and user/tester feedback.
- Maintain relationships with internal and external partner teams.
What You'll Bring:
The successful candidate has a strong mix of creative, innovative, and production capabilities from the live services and/or gaming space.
- Proven experience delivering software projects, features, or support for a live service or game.
- Understanding of development and project management process, with a focus on Agile methodologies.
- Ability to lead project from start to finish with minimal input from management.
- Troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Outstanding communications skills.
- Passion for continuous improvement.
