We’re looking for a Technical Producer to join our team! This is an incredible opportunity for a technical minded person to take control of part of an exciting AAA project. The ideal candidate will be a talented leader with a technical background, looking to make your next move up and take on a new challenge. You will work with cross discipline teams and be responsible for ensuring the schedule, scope and risks for the features are constantly monitored and communicated.
Responsibilities:
- Regularly review progress with the team and senior management, gathering feedback on our features, understand how all departments work combines toward the goals of our games.
- Communicate progress and gather feedback from the wider development team.
- Define and understand the risks during concept, and manage them through the features development.
- Working with other technical producers to ensure all areas of development are covered
- Working with other disciplines to help support them and accelerate their development through tools and support provided by your team
- Clear and regular communication of progress to all stakeholders including external partners
Required Experience:
- Passion for video games
- Excellent problem solving and relationship building skills
- Experience leading teams building AAA titles on current generation platforms.
- Experience of agile project management processes.
- Broad knowledge across diverse areas of game-making.
- A passion for solving problems and building motivated teams.
Desired Experience:
- One or more shipped AAA
- Experience with JIRA
- Basic knowledge of C++ / C#
