Technical Producer

As a Technical Producer at C77, you are central to ensuring we have exceptional organizational support and communication throughout our game production. You are the glue that holds our team and production processes together with an eye on our game’s goals and our players’ needs.
A producer is someone with care and empathy for the team, whose goal is to empower others and support and drive the team to achieve their best work.
Our Ideal Candidate
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a small team - must be open to direction and able to embrace change.
- Outstanding organizer and communicator as well as a great game developer - you possess a strong understanding of game development fundamentals.
- A great production sense and the creative and technical prowess to understand how everything comes together.
- A passion for making and playing games.
Responsibilities
- Work with the team to understand the big picture goals of the project.
- Owns the vision for one or more features of a game, prioritizing players first.
- Responsible for driving prioritization for the team, creating plans and roadmaps.
- Drives decision making through collaboration within areas of responsibility.
- Understand the player needs, business goals, and drivers.
- Drive new feature development.
Required Qualifications and Skills:
- Experience developing service/systems based features.
- Experience working in a live service environment.
- +2 years of experience at a game studio working as a producer.
- Experience in coordinating several initiatives in parallel in an agile environment.
