- Help to identify resource needs, based on schedule/roadmap data.
- Coordinate and optimise the team’s workflow to ensure a simpler and clearer coordination and communication.
- Handle day-to-day development issues; identify problems in advance and drive creative solutions to fix them.
- Handle bug reports, priorities, etc.
- Facilitate communication across the team; clearly communicate tasks and responsibilities.
- Responsible for keeping the team up to date on decisions, rationales, issues, and concerns whilst encouraging team collaboration.
Knowledge / Experience
- You can work autonomously but also know when to ask for help from Senior Production and your peers.
- You collaborate with production peers to improve standard methodologies and process.
- You are organised and detail focused.
- You can identify risks early and build mitigation strategies.
- Comfortable collaborating and presenting with a multidiscipline team.
- You are currently a Technical Producer, Assistant (or Associate Producer) with a strong technical bias in the video games industry or a Technical Producer in a non-gaming role with an interest in game development.
- You are already in a technical specialism but have experience and passion for project management.
- You have knowledge of different production methodologies.
- You are experienced in a range of software packages used in the organisation of projects.
Culture Ambassador
We encourage you to bring your best-unaltered self to work! We know that what makes for a phenomenal team culture is our team showing up and being themselves, which means they own a part of the team spirit. What makes us great is that we accept our people and their differences. We hope you have a willingness to continue to build outstanding working environments for everyone and not just yourself.
Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Advocate
You are passionate about Diversity and Inclusion, and to you, they aren’t just buzzwords. You’ll understand that we all play a role in making this a normality. You will understand that this label speaks to people’s lived experiences that may differ from your own. You will embrace education around the subject and understand that your actions will showcase your commitment to DE&I, our culture and core values that promote inclusion and equality for all.
