As the Technical Project Manager at KIXEYE, you will design, control, and manage the technical process and operational integrity of technological services provided by the organization. A successful candidate will coordinate the operational aspects of the technical processes to ensure smooth running of our shared infrastructure and engineering teams.

In fact, you can take these details and translate for others around you. You can manage a vendor relationship, present to an executive, laugh with a developer, and play games with a designer, all while managing deadlines and deliverables.

What you get to do each day:

  • Ensure quality is achieved on time and within budget
  • Manage the development life cycle, from creative concepts to development and release
  • Motivate, coordinate, and manage the activities of personnel to achieve project goals
  • Facilitating communication between project team members and stakeholders
  • Project planning and resource allocation weekly, monthly, and long-term
  • Communicate status of the project, risks, and opportunities to senior management
  • Provide input on continual improvement of our processes and project management office
  • Manage, coordinate and organize the daily tasks of the team utilizing tools like JIRA and Confluence, while communicating priorities and requirements with everyone involved.

What you bring to the role:

  • Minimum 3 years of project management experience
  • Minimum 2-3 years of technology background necessary
  • Minimum 2-3 years experience managing 3rd party developers and publishing partners
  • Experience working with Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence, etc)
  • Experience with Agile software development processes, including SCRUM and Kanban
  • Proficient in Google Apps Suite or MS Office
  • Experience in reporting on key production metrics for live services or games
  • Able to communicate effectively with engineering, management, customers, and business personnel
  • Able to prioritize and handle multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong interest in video games
