Technical Operation Specialist

Job Description

Ubisoft Chengdu technology team is looking a Technical Operation Specialist tosupporting our internal customers on our online products operation. Our products are helping Ubisoft AAA online game team to conduct load testing and performance analyze.

The technical support specialist will work closely with develop team, responsible for supporting users solve their technical issues, also help develop team optimize the features and help to maintain the product documentation for the end-users.

Responsibilities:

·Responsible for the proper daily operations, answer users query and services requests via calls, emails and ticket system requests

·Provide training to help customers get familiar with our products, and follow up with customers to ensure their satisfaction

·Be able to troubleshoot and resolve basic technical issues

· Monitor system events to ensure health, maximum system availability and service quality

· Assist in evaluating new requirements, technical design and standards

·Set up, deploy, monitor, and maintain hybrid environments for teams

·Maintain documentation regarding configurations, operations and troubleshooting procedures

·Participate to the definition of standards, guidelines, best practices and metrics to help customers optimize the working progress

·Improve continuous integration and delivery system

Qualifications

·Bachelor degree or above in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or equivalent

·2+ years’ experience of product technical operation, systems and network administrations or DevOps

·Excellent communication and written English skills

·A collaborative spirit and results-oriented focus and be able to resolve problems & take initiative

·Knowledge of scripting languages (like Python, bash), Linux system

·Familiar with SQL and NoSQL database, such as MySQL, MongoDB, Redis etc.

Nice to have：

·Experience with Cloud infrastructures such as AWS, Google or Ali-Cloud

·Experience with Container technology such as Docker and engineering best practices such as CI/D

·Experiece in automation, testing or monitoring framework development is a plus
