Technical Game Designer

Job Description
In collaboration with the rest of the team, you will have for main missions:
- Work with a team of developers to create high-quality content
- Develop and balance robust gameplay mechanics with high-quality gaming experiences tailored to the specificities of our players
- Participate in Level Design and Integration tasks on an ad hoc basis
- Propose the use of interactive and non-interactive means to create interesting game situations
- Have the ability to follow these developments with an eye design but also technical
- Effectively communicate new mechanics or design needs
Qualifications
- You have 3 years minimum experience as a Game Designer or Level Designer on commercialized projects, ideally on mobile free-to-play games
- You can model in schema systems, behaviours and game situations
- You master prototyping, balancing tools, are sensitive to technical aspects and can effectively present your designs
- Curious and analytical, you are aware of new developments and new trends and will be able to make proposals always adapting to the expectations of the player
- Your level of English allows you to interact with your non-French speaking peers
- With excellent interpersonal skills, you demonstrate rigour and autonomy and know how to question yourself
- You have excellent knowledge of video games (including multiplayer, free-to-play and/or mobile platform games) and player-oriented vision· You have already used a game engine such as Unity or Unreal
