As a Technical Director at Player First Games, you will:

What you will do

• Own the technical direction for major initiatives driving the growth of MultiVersus
• Empower world-class creatives to create unforgettable moments jointly
• Have a leadership voice in key strategic initiatives for the company
• Set a technical bar of excellence for the team
• Mentor and manage fellow team members
• Hire an all-star team
• Collaborate with Design, Art, and Production leadership to ensure a healthy and effective team
• Work with beloved characters and worlds from your favorite IPs

What we are looking for

• Technical management and leadership experience on a major AAA title
• C++ experience
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
• Deep subject matter expertise in at least one area of game development
• 10 years of relevant professional experience

Nice to have

• Unreal Engine experience
• Shipped titles in the game industry
• 10+ years of relevant professional experience
