Job Description

Behaviour is looking for a talented Technical Director to work within our Corporate Technologies team that supports our internal frameworks, tools and services for the production team. The services you will be responsible for are a backend service, client SDKs, builds automation and data analytics pipeline. The chosen candidate will have to help by mitigating the risks of each of those services and making sure decisions taken are safe and durable for the enterprise. That person will also have a few tech leads to supervise at an Expert level.

In this position you will be the point of contact of other Technical Directors distributed across our multiple projects. You will help coordinate the various high-level scoping and aligning our different services in terms of technology. The chosen candidate must be fully-autonomous and able to organise his own workload, handling priorities depending on Productions requirements. Because of the nature of our team, it's important that the candidate have a wide interest in many different technologies, from engine to backend. While the candidate doesn't need to be an expert in all those technologies, he needs to be aware of the various challenges brought forwards by those technologies.
