Technical Designer

- Contribute to prototyping, game balancing and gameplay tuning
- Work closely and unify disciplines like engineers, artists and producers
- Analyze internal and external metrics feedback and adjust design or balance the game if necessary
- Integrate geometry and animation – set up proper data structure and tune various entities behavior parameters
- Create detailed documentation in English
Requirements
- 2+ year experience in Game Development
- Knowledge of 3D level/game design tools and editors, primarily Unreal Engine
- Understand scripting or ability to scrip will be treated as a big bonus
- Understanding of Level Design, experience of work with props, understanding of technical metrics
- Fast learner, ability to ramp up quickly on new tools
- Handle with data, ability to script is a plus
- Ability to re-use existing context for multiple goals
- Confident English level both written and verbal (at least Intermediate)
- A gamer, with a strong passion for games in general
- Excellent knowledge of video game industry
- Ability to put oneself in player’s shoes
