What We Need:
A passionate, experienced problem solver to direct central internal dev tools and pipelines built to
address the needs of multiple studios, games, and external partners around the world.
A technologist who can define and drive next-generation solutions to demonstrate groundbreaking techniques
which improve the way we create games.
A creative who understands how to redefine quality through blending talent and technique.
But most importantly, we’re looking for a great teammate with strong integrity, interpersonal and
organizational skills to navigate our fast-paced environment and offer creative and technical solutions to
all of our amazing development teams.
What You Will Do:
- Bring a wealth of experience and knowledge of game development tools and pipelines to define and lead next-generation technology projects
- Transform existing tools and new ideas into tangible customer-focused products
- Define, prioritize and measure return on investment across central initiatives
- Product lead multi-functional tools and technology that involve partners across a variety of teams within the organization
- Find, evaluate, and supervise external and elite technology solutions
Who We Think Will Be A Great Fit:
- Experienced in tools and pipelines software engineering, ideally for both technical and creative clients
- Experience in a technical product management role, translating opportunities into software solutions and evangelizing those solution
- Leadership skills with the ability to interact, influence and align with all levels of the organization; both internal and external
- Experience running external development teams to efficient and successful delivery of products
- Strategic and analytical problem solver with exceptional execution and problem-solving capabilities
