Technical Art Producer

Producers at Atomhawk are responsible for successfully planning, monitoring, and delivering large scale creative projects to schedule and budget.
The role is well suited to people who are comfortable discussing high quality, and often complex technical art, and UI/UX projects with creative teams. Atomhawk is a busy yet supportive work environment where daily deadlines are handled with confidence.
This role is based remotely working as part of our new Technical Art studio in the UK. Please note that the role may require the successful candidate to work in the physical studio once COVID lockdown measures are relaxed.

Requirements
Core Skills
- Able to plan and manage high quality technical art and UI/UX and animation projects
- Leading briefings with creative teams
- Project planning
- Comfortable playing a central role on project teams, helping facilitate tasks and organise workloads for others
- Actively proposing mitigation plans for identified risks and problems
- Confidence working in MS Project, Office and web based tools
- Acting as a primary point of contact and support for clients on creative projects
- Negotiating project scope/time/cost with clients in order to accommodate their needs
- Effectively and professionally leading client calls
- Able to demonstrate good written and verbal communication skills
Desirable Skills
- From a games development or creative development background, ideally with a minimum of 3 years relevant experience or equivalent
- An interest in video games, art, films and entertainment technology
- General understanding of game-specific art development processes
- Financial experience (e.g. preparing quotes, working with budgets etc)
