Technical Account Manager

Overview
Bethesda.net is looking for a talented Technical Account Manager to join our team. You will be responsible for building technical relationships with our development studios, guiding solutions that solve their unique needs, and providing technical support to keep them working efficiently. In addition, you will provide recommendations to our internal development teams based on observed studio behavior and feedback from our partners.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate studio needs and provide guidance and solutions for game-specific requests
- Provide technical support for game developers and other external partners
- Build relationships with studios, focusing both on current projects and potential future projects
- Facilitate communication between game developers and internal development teams
- Help identify new opportunities for improvement to the platform
- Prioritize requests based on business value and impact
Qualifications
- Strong technical background, preferably as a hands-on engineer
- Strong understanding of gaming and game development
- Strong understanding of modern service architectures and cloud platforms
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience with project management, coordinating independent schedules
- Capable of self-directed work, independent assessment of priorities
Preferred Skills
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or equivalent
- Experience working within the games industry
- Experience providing technical support or technical consultancy
