The Role
We are looking for a seasoned, world-class, Senior Technical Account Manager (TAM) for our Platform and Services team to align feature development and integration with our game development partners. In this role, you will align and support integration solutions across multiple products in the ProbablyMonsters’ portfolio.
Who You Are
- Someone with a excellent technical background who can take that experience and feel comfortable communicating concepts, both verbally and in written format, to other developers and partners.
- Technical enough to provide API level support to partner teams
- Great at aligning teams around integration and execution across a multitude of features.
- Strong understanding of your role, ability to deliver impact with limited supervision
- Listens well to partners and can distill requirements down to technical deliverables.
- Unwavering in your desire to create a positive and inclusive work culture.
- Motivated and independent unafraid to ask for help when needed, and always willing to offer help.
What You Will Do
- Strategically align with game development teams to integrate centralized technology and services from inception through live game releases, working with an established development framework
- Develop product roadmaps and integration schedules across technology, services, and game teams.
- Track integration needs, progress, and budgets, proactively identifying and solving issues.
- Translate partner requirements into technology features, identifying gaps and help teams prioritize and stack rank work across organizations.
- Establish ways to develop and maintain healthy and collaborative relationships across teams and deliver consistency in our approach to service.
- Be a first tier of technical integration support, developing a deep understanding of our technologies, features, processes, and services
- [On an as needed basis] Onboard development partners onto our API services, instruct on usage, and determine which services teams should leverage vs what will need customized solutions.
- Facilitate and empower teams to develop the right partnerships and solutions aligned to the phases of product development
- Ensuring all aspects of communication are scalable and robust
Qualifications
- Experience in game development, particularly with technical implementation of APIs and/or platform and tool development
- Experience in program management, production, or technical account management
- Experience shipping games from inception through live releases, understanding all phases of development and strong familiarity with suite of services and processes required.
- Ability to communicate concepts, verbally and in written format, to both technical and non-technical team members.
- Strong track record of healthy partner relationships, empathy, and listening skills.
