Technical Account Manager

Bungie is seeking a Technical Account Manager who has experience with relationship management, business acumen, and technical expertise to be the connection between our internal development teams and partners. In this role, you will be responsible for communication with platform partners like Sony and Microsoft, middleware partners like Havok, and other external teams to align existing product plans, drive new initiatives, and create future roadmaps.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Build effective long-term relationships and facilitate clear communication with external partners and Bungie's game, publishing, and technology teams
- Engage with external partners to explore, maintain, and integrate technology solutions
- Drive initiatives around game platforms and technologies
- Own and facilitate ongoing rituals, communications, and processes
- Consistently and clearly communicate status to stakeholders
- Identify risks, establish risk mitigations, and escalate issues as appropriate
REQUIRED SKILLS
- Prior experience working in a Technical Account Management, Technical Program Management, Technical Production, or equivalent role in the game or software industry
- High-level ability to establish and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, external partners, and teammates to ensure mutual respect and excellent cooperation
- Strong facilitation and conflict resolution skills. Ability to drive high-value meetings through challenging discussions and build clear action items and accountability
- Exemplary communication skills, outstanding analytical skills, and attention to detail
- Ability to coordinate complex technical problem solving and decision-making
- Extensive experience balancing multiple projects with varying deadline pressure across a variety of teams
- Impeccable organizational and time management skills
- Results oriented, determined, and composed under pressure
- Creative problem solver in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment
- Enthusiasm for and knowledge of the games industry
Most Bungie employees and contractors will adopt a digital first approach allowing remote work in Bungie approved locations (outside of positions identified as 100% onsite in Bellevue/Seattle, or individuals preferring a hybrid/flex environment).
