What will you be managing in this role 👩💻
We’re seeking a high caliber, energy driven, and quick learner eager to take a career step as a Technical Account Executive to join our Supply Partnerships team. You will work under the Head of Publisher Operations and collaborate with the publisher sales and account management teams to devise strategies, technical support and data analysis to drive adoption and growth of the Admix In-Play monetization solution.
Requirements
Key responsibilities in this role 👩💻
- Coordinating with Supply Sales and Account Management teams to provide technical support for premium publishers.
- Owning the technical support relationship with premium publishers.
- Providing data analysis support internally and externally, and becoming an advisory point of contact.
- Analysing the performance of existing premium publishers for optimisation purposes.
- Working closely with the Supply Account management team on a strategic optimisation plan for premium publishers by presenting insights concisely.
- Liaising between data engineering & Supply/ Demand teams to communicate building reusable dashboards/ reports.
- Improving existing dashboards/ reports and documents useful for supply and demand analytics.
- Working on best practices from multiple angles - by genre, by ad size, by geo.
- Creating mock ups for in-play formats on new games to support the sales process.
- Providing weekly report and app lists for the demand team.
What we are looking for 💪
- 1+ years experience as a Technical Account Manager or similar
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented, desire to deliver results.
- Consistently demonstrates a ‘growth mindset’; embracing continuous learning; challenging the status quo, being brave, ‘failing fast’ and rapidly iterating.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Naturally organised with an eye for detail and able to turn data into insight/opportunity.
- Driven and ambitious - the business as a whole is growing quickly and will suit those keen to develop and grow as individuals.
- Passion for Gaming/VR/AR.
