Join Prime Gaming, a fast-growing team at Amazon where your ideas have the potential to reach millions. Work with internal teams and external partners to bring content to Prime customers globally.

As a Technical Account Manager, you'll provide operational support for content launches including offer setup and configuration. You will ingest assets, copy and configure offers in our publishing portal. With an attention to detail and customer obsession, you'll be responsible for building content detail pages and troubleshooting issues on behalf of customers and external partners.

Your responsibilities:
· Deliver timely, accurate and professional technical assistance to all internal and external customers
· Collect, ingest, and manage intake of assets and information from external partners
· Setup and configure content offers
· Contribute to a positive team environment and proactively help team members to meet and exceed team quality standards and goals
· Review feedback, investigate possible issues, and work with different teams to resolve customer issues
· Exhibit a high attention to detail and maintain low error rates

Basic Qualifications

· Bachelor’s degree
· 1+ years of relevant account management experience in a non-sales oriented role
· 1+ year of experience working directly with external clients

Preferred Qualifications

· Ability to work in a highly ambiguous and rapidly changing environment, and a willingness to roll up your sleeves and pitch in wherever necessary
· A proven ability to take ownership, master internal tooling, and deliver results
· Understanding of the video game industry, Prime Gaming, and Amazon.com
· Experience using Atlassian tools such as JIRA and Confluence
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills
· Basic proficiency with Photoshop or other digital imaging tools
