We are looking for a Technical Program Manager to join Pixel United's Product, Strategy and Insights (PSI) division. This role is essentially part Technical Program Management and part Technical Account Management. There are aspects of organizing and facilitating integration and development projects. You will also be expected to become familiar with our technology stack, and be able to answer questions and provide initial support and troubleshooting, before escalating to our partner development teams.

- Must be a ‘team-player’ with the ability to work in collaborative environments with worldwide teams
- Ability to work under pressure on high visibility projects in a diverse environment with teams across the globe
- Lead and guide development teams through weekly delivery and risk mitigation meetings
- Process oriented with the ability to be flexible as processes change and grow with the product
- This is a partner-facing role, so a customer service mindset and demeanor are required
- Good communicator – with the capability to communicate project strategies and goals in person and virtually. Including milestones, challenges & opportunities to stakeholders from development engineers to C-Suite.
- Ensure requirements are clearly defined – and are broken down in user cases for development
- Proactively track progress on technical issues, prioritize and facilitate the resolution
- Manage programs / project utilizing company adopted project methodologies – by tracking, tracking project milestones, dependencies, and the entire delivery process
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Program Management, or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of combined developer, TPM , or TAM experience
- 2+ years of mobile app and/or game development
- Mobile SDK experience is preferred
- Unity experience is a bonus
