We are seeking a n organised and experienced Technical Producer to join an exceptionally diverse team at one of the biggest and most successful mobile games companies in the world. Reporting directly to the Head of Operations, you will be responsible for proactively collaborating across areas and managing the roadmap and delivery of the foundational technology and tools supporting the beloved game Farm Heroes Saga .
As a Tech Producer you will be part of our Core Area Leads team, work ing with Technical, Product and Quality leaders to define objectives and ways of working, and executing on the game's technical strategy. You will work hands - on with the team to establish timelines, identify and manage risks, track and balance workloads, maintain our dedication to quality and ensure a phenomenal working environment. Your role is essential to the development process by coordinating across disciplines, encouraging effective and open communication, and delivering work from specification right t hrough to release and live op erations .
The ideal Tech Producer is organized and detail- oriented , possesses outstanding communication skills and excels in agile project management. You are self- driven, highly- motivated , and able to effectively collaborate across fields in order to anticipate production issues and deliver solutions.
