We are looking for Project Manager in our Warsaw office.
Responsibilities
- People management;
- Coordination of new functionality delivery (planning new features development, delivery planning, risk management);
- Responsible for team commitment (the scope, timeline and quality);
- Communication with stakeholders; creating good relationship business representatives;
- Ability to challenge existed environment and implement changes;
- Ability to quickly respond to any changes;
- Problems solving in the team: from planning and development to production.
Requirements
- 3 + years of experience in a similar position in the information technology sector
- Deep understanding of Agile Methodologies. Experience in establishing and adopting Scrum
- Good educational background, solid understanding of SDLC (preferably in mobile gamedev)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Solid organisational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills
- English: Upper-intermediate or higher
- Good interpersonal relationship skills
