Team Lead-Assembly

Summary

The Production Assembly Lead is responsible for the organization, coordination, and management of the daily production schedule and leading and organizing the daily function for the production line team. This includes assisting in the assembly and training of all gaming machine-related products and the implementation of New Products and process.

What You'll Do

• Organizes, coordinates, and manages the daily production schedule and leads and organizes the daily function for the production lines.
• Maintains open communication with all departments. Provides support and daily updates in all areas of production work.
• Maintains the adherence to production schedules and expectations of the business unit (daily requirements, special request, and shortages).
• Monitors and manages the documentation for upcoming, in progress, and completed work. (reading and executing, travelers).
• Oversees the operation and maintenance of all equipment.
• Monitors and manages materials and inventory levels that relate to Kanban for daily production activities in the production floor.
• Performs all of ATI’s safety process and procedures proficiently and appropriately in relation to the production area, (chemicals, materials, handling and storing; safety regulations, and emergency procedures).
• Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with Aristocrat Technology, Inc.’s policies and applicable laws.
• Ensures the health, safety and welfare of all employees, visitors and contractors within area of control.
• Ensures all relevant sections of the Health and Safety Management plan are implemented and understood.
• Consults with team on any proposed changes that may affect occupational health and safety at the workplace.
• Must Drive the daily PDCA meeting with the teams.
• Drives FPY with the team and puts processes in place to improve quality.
• Ensures accident/incident reports are done.
• Performs other duties as assigned by managers.

What We're Looking For

Completion of high school diploma or equivalent;

Minimum one to four years of experience in a production manufacturing role. Must understand the functionally of assembling a cabinet. Must understand and recognize all parts that go into a cabinet. Able to troubleshoot.
Able to understand and adhere to ATI’s quality, and productivity standards.
Able to read, execute and manage all documentation relate to daily production activities.
Proficient in understanding the production line workflow.

This position may require registration with the Nevada Gaming Control Board (NVGB) and/or other gaming jurisdictions in which we operate.

Must be able to accommodate daily requirements of 10% sitting, 80% standing, 10% bending.

Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.

Must have a good vision

Must have the ability to communicate in English both verbally and in writing.
