Tax Planning Specialist

We're looking for a talented and passionate Tax Planning Specialist to join Wildlife's Tax in São Paulo/ Brasil .
As a Tax Planning Specialist y ou'll work closely with financial and business areas to understand their needs and come up with solutions to assure both tax compliance and efficiency. You will work alongside the Tax Planning Manager and other Tax team members as well as interacting with colleagues from Finance and Business areas, at all levels, across the organization, and external advisors around the world.

What you'll do
- Support the implementation of WLS’s new corporate structure from a tax perspective, including the necessary adjustments to keep the structure up and running;
- Support the Tax Planning Sr. Manager with corporate structure analysis by interfacing with external advisors and assisting with the presentation of smart solutions to complex tax matters;
- Provide inputs on cross-border tax issues, tax treaties application, permanent establishment, and other related matters;
- Assist with internal memos on various tax matters and guidance to our external tax advisors;
- Support the Global Mobility team on International Hiring matters;
- Support Legal team in reviewing intercompany agreements from a tax perspective.
- Support the design of Transfer Pricing strategy for WLS Group;
- Act as a Tax business partner and actively participate and support with the formulation and implementation of business strategies (new projects or new companies), providing tax guidance aimed at both efficiency and local compliance;
- Assist with tax inquiries and audits.
What you'll need
- University Degree in Law
- 7+ years working with tax planning (Big 4 experience is a plus)
- International Tax Planning experience
- Strong knowledge on Transfer Pricing - OECD Transfer Pricing Guidelines
- Oracle knowledge is a plus
- Advanced English communication (written and spoken)
