Talent sourcer (fixed-term)

Since professionalism and team spirit is a number one priority for us, you'll have a crucial role in finding the best talents who will join us. You'll support our Recruiters in the end-to-end recruitment process, also it will be your challenge to provide an excellent candidate experience for everybody who applies for our vacancies.

Some details on what you'll do in most of your time:

• Using CV / candidate databases to find suitable candidates relevant to Gameloft Budapest’s recruitment needs and open positions
• Source new candidates from jobsites, social media and other platforms (Artstation, Behance, etc.) using/gathering gaming industry knowledge
• Contact the candidates and conduct initial screening to find out what roles they are interested in, their salary expectations, English language skills, availability, etc.
• Maintaining regular contact with candidates to check their availability for work, their requirements, and to answer any initial questions they may have about a role or Gameloft Budapest
• Other administrative tasks related to recruitment

Qualifications

We don't ask from you an Msc or any kind of diploma in HR or relevant fields. It's good if you have, but for us some relevant talent sourcing experience, passion, innovation, positive 'can do attitude' and ability to multitasking is the most important.

And of course fluent English, since you'll have interviews in English and also we have colleagues from abroad.
