Job Description
We are looking for a Talents & Culture Manager to join the Talents & Operations leadership team at Invoke. Through your actions, both strategic and operational, you will help drive the growth and evolution our studio. In your role, you will operate and grow the studio talent management, put in place HR standard processes and lead activities such as recruitment, performance evaluation, team formation and organizational design.
What you'll do:
- Provide full-scope HR support to leaders including: executive coaching, employee relations, compensation, structure and levelling, culture development, organizational design, and people development
- Provide timely mentorship and advice to managers to develop resolution in handling employee issues and concerns efficiently.
- Participate in defining and promoting the employer branding.
- Lead the local Talent Acquisition team and be responsible for the recruitment process starting from the analysis of need, to the integration and follow up of talents.
- Be a partner in the development and the strengthening of Invoke’s studio culture.
- Build the appropriate HR systems, policies and programs required to optimize growth and performance.
- Connect and support other Wizards' business as needed, outside of Canada.
- Ensure an inclusive approach in all areas of the studio.
What you'll bring:
- Minimum 10+ years of prior HR leadership, HRBP, and/or Recruiting experience with at least 2 years in a Games Studio environment.
- A Bachelor’s degree, ideally with a focus in business, HR, or related fields. 2-year degree and Equivalent additional work experience may be substituted.
- An Ability to build positive interpersonal relationships with Managers, peers, and cross functional teams alike (Local and Global).
- Leadership skills to think strategically and bring positive changes to organization.
- French and English speaking and writing.
