The mission you need to fulfill is one of the most important. You will have a direct impact on the future of Ubisoft Saguenay, because in the center of the video game design, there are humans. Your ability to innovate and propose the right solutions will be an asset to our management team.

You will have to put in place a recruitment strategy in Saguenay Studio. You will be in the center, the heart of the organization and you will work in collaboration with the human resources, communications, and the management teams.

You will also have to pursue and improve the recruitment process and to assure that it works continuously. We expect that you are an expert in networking, that you participate in events and that you share the [organization’s] values while keeping in mind your main mission: to find the best candidates.

More specifically, you will have to:

Attract talent :
Support and develop the employer brand of our studio and promote it to attract the best candidates :

• Be a proud Ubisoft Saguenay ambassador
• Participate in the big events of the video game industry or related industries.
• Share the job opportunities in original and efficient ways
• Promote Ubisoft Saguenay in events or schools
• Be aware and active about what is happening on the market and to propose partnerships.

Recruit the best candidates :
Establish and maintain a global recruitment strategy by using the best practices:

• Determine profiles and qualifications of the job’s opportunities
• Search for the best candidates for the position
• Implement innovative recruitment techniques and retention strategies
• Create and maintain a pipeline for the talent recruitment
• Analyse the candidates and select the best among them

Build strong relationships in the long term

Develop a community, to stimulate the interest of your network and to valorise long term relationships by listening and being proactive on the needs of future candidates and actual employees

• Maintain and reinforce relationships with candidates
• Follow up with potential candidates
• Develop strategic relationships with associations and university programs to stay alert of the best talents
• Assure an optimal human experience with employees
• Reinforce the employees’ engagement to the Saguenay studio

Additional Information

Training and relevant experiences :

• Degree in human resources, marketing, or any related field
• Experience in talent acquisition in an organization
• Knowledge of the best digital tools for recruitment purposes
• Experience in networking
