Talent Sourcing Lead

We’re looking to add a Talent Sourcing Lead to our growing recruiting team! In this key role, you will help to build out diverse talent strategies, passive candidate pipelines, and support our employment branding efforts. You will help build, lead, and mentor a team comprised of full time and contract sourcers. You are not only an outstanding sourcer and full-cycle recruiter, but also a leader that models our company values. You and your team will have the opportunity to forge partnerships with leaders cross-functionally, advise recruiters and hiring managers teams on best practices, and be an integral part of Bungie’s strategic talent planning efforts.
During these uncertain times and rapidly changing environment surrounding COVID-19, all positions at Bungie are subject to onboarding and working virtually/remotely. Once the studio is fully reopened, most work is expected to be performed in-person at our main headquarters in Bellevue, Washington.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Actively lead, mentor, and grow a team of full-time and contract sourcers
- Develop recruitment and sourcing metrics/data, workflows/policies, and best practices
- Collaborate with the People Team, Marketing, and Recruiting to support employment branding opportunities in tandem with recruiting events
- Ensure the team is recruiting top talent through sourcing, reviewing incoming applicants, project managing and amplifying our employee value proposition
- Support and build out diversity and inclusion sourcing strategies for the studio
- Research and explore trends and the competitive landscape in our industry to help inform and advise our team and stakeholders
- Partner with recruiting and hiring managers to advise and define candidate pipeline strategies and success metrics
- Research and demo recruiting, sourcing, and automation tools to help optimize team effectiveness
- Targeted sourcing on key/hard-to-fill/leadership positions, with the ability to support the full cycle recruitment process as needed
- Work with Recruiting Ops around event planning, other process development, and improvements
REQUIRED SKILLS
- Demonstrated success as a recruiter or sourcer identifying and closing hard to fill and “mission critical” positions
- Hands on experience with sourcing best practices (Boolean Logic, Chrome extensions, social platforms, and other tools) being able to effectively mentor and train up new team members
- Proven experience establishing and promoting diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging into sourcing and recruitment workflows
- Experience building out efficient and effective workflows and partnerships with internal stakeholders
- Previous leadership and management experience of a recruiting or sourcing team in a dynamic and rapidly changing environment
- Effective presentation, verbal, and written communication skills
- Understanding how to best utilize metrics and data to inform and advise stakeholders on talent strategies
- Knowledge leveraging unique sourcing techniques to engage and convert passive talent
- Attention to detail and track record of driving projects to completion and with high quality
- Ability to help identify employment branding initiatives and events driving traffic and buzz for an organization at scale

- Previous experience working in interactive entertainment or games
- Proficiency with Greenhouse, Gem, and other recruitment technology
