Take-Two develops, publishes and markets some of the world's biggest games. We publish products through our labels Rockstar Games, 2K, Ghost Story, PlayDots, Social Point as well as Private Division label and Nordeus. Our Rockstar label creates Grand Theft Auto and Red Dead Redemption, two of the most critically acclaimed gaming franchises in history. Our 2K label creates games like NBA 2K, WWE 2K, Bioshock, Borderlands, Evolve, XCOM and the beloved Sid Meier's Civilization. What You’ll Take On:
- Provide front end support (finding, sourcing, and phone screening), for all our corporate functions
- Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to understand requirements of roles, team functions and how they fit into the broader organization
- Develop and execute sourcing strategies to build a robust candidate pipeline
- Work with recruiters to review inbound resumes
- Maintain strong candidate experience and relationships
- Manage the sourcing process through the ATS (Greenhouse)
- Be prepared to think out of the box
What You Bring:
- 3-5 years of sourcing experience across all corporate functions
- Experience sourcing for a wide array of technology roles, inclusive of specialized and niche positions
- Ability to engage passive candidates and manage the candidate experience
- Ability to effectively screen for technical and non-technical acumen via phone screens
- Experience hitting or exceeding performance goals
- Experience networking, sourcing, and hiring diverse talent
- Excellent interpersonal skills to handle all levels within an organization, and a track record of providing a high-touch experience to both candidates and recruiters
