Talent Sourcer – International Recruitment

Job Description

Your life at Ubi
You will be part of the International Recruitment team of the Talent Department, whose role is role is to ensure the recruitment of Ubisoft’s talents who conceive our games. This privileged position allows you to have an overall vision of the department’s projects around the globe. Reporting to the TA Director, you will provide a pool of promising profiles to our Production teams.

Your main mission
• Craft and send attractive recruiting emails / messages
• Interact with potential candidates on social media and professional networks (e.g. LinkedIn, Slack and Github)
• Identify qualified candidate profiles using various sourcing techniques (e.g. Boolean search)
• Develop talent pipelines for future hiring needs
• Measure conversion rates, including numbers of passive candidates who turn into applicants
• Maintain candidate databases
• Keep contact with past applicants regarding new job opportunities

Qualifications

The professional value you bring
• At least one proven work experience as a Talent Sourcer or similar role
• Hands-on experience with sourcing techniques (e.g. recruiting on social platforms and crafting Boolean search strings)
• Ability to positively present our company and open roles to potential candidates

The personal value you bring
• Solid verbal and written communication skills
• Effective time-management abilities
• Fluent English mandatory (written and spoken)
