About the Talent Recruiter (India) position

We are looking for an enthusiastic Talent Recruiter in India who wants to be a part of a young, growing international company. You will be responsible for actively sourcing new team members in South Asia. Our ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment and wants to be part of building company culture and working on a wide variety of topics.

The Talent Recruiter must be a professional with experience working in startups and recruiting for Quality Assurance and Customer Support roles. You should be a self starter and a strategic thinker who is not afraid of implementation.

The goal is to provide hands-on help with recruiting tasks, starting from pre-screening candidates along the entire recruiting funnel as well as improving our internal recruiting processes and tools.

Talent Recruiter responsibilities are:

• Communicate with Business Owners on a regular basis to analyze recruiting needs and define hiring plan with managers according to business needs
  
• Assist with job descriptions (if needed)
• Source candidate via various job portals
• Screen applicant CVs
• Conduct phone screens
• Provide feedback for applicants
• Create and manage candidate pool

Talent Recruiter requirements are:

• Minimum 2+ years experience in recruiting Quality Assurance and Customer Support roles
• Fluent English (both verbal and written)
• Knowledge of the best recruitment practices
• Deep understanding of Indian IT market and trends
• Strong understanding of working in a multicultural environment is desirable
