Your Mission
You will join the central recruitment function, focusing on Commercial & Corporate hiring, for our Games and Defence units.

As part of the wider Talent Acquisition Team at Improbable; we operate in a unique, embedded model which draws heavily on Agile principles to enhance recruitment excellence. You will join a team of experienced recruiters, working to clear targets in an environment where Talent is an important driver of business success.
Areas of Impact:
- Partner with the business to drive the end to end recruitment life cycle to ensure timely delivery, refining and streamlining the hiring process where possible
- Compose and execute creative sourcing strategies against prioritized Sprints to develop high-quality talent pipelines with a meaningful emphasis on diversity
- Evangelize Improbable culture and value proposition, representing this passionately to develop alignment towards our mission
- Maintain exceptional standards and data integrity across tools and systems
- Breakdown, participate in, and champion major projects and initiatives to improve talent acquisition at Improbable
We would like to hear from you if you identify with the following:
- 2+ years experience sourcing and hiring impressive talent either in-house or at an agency.
- Experience recruiting for a corporate or commercial function. You ideally would have experience recruiting for one of either Business Development, Product Management, Marketing, Finance, Legal or HR operations on behalf of a technology-first organization.
- Able to think strategically and creatively to develop effective, relevant, and broad sourcing strategies to satisfy difficult-to-fill roles.
- High levels of emotional intelligence - able to interpret, anticipate, empathize and adjust in every scenario
- Organized, methodical, timely, structured, efficient, and precise
- Operationally astute and data orientated Natural networker, able to slowly and tactfully extract information

Role Location
Our office is based at Spitalfields Market near Liverpool Street, London. However, we are currently operating from home, but envisage a hybrid home/office model in the future for any office-based employees.
This role is available on either a full remote/home basis anywhere within the UK or as a home/office hybrid model based from our London HQ.
