Your Mission

The Talent Acquisition Team at Improbable operates a unique, embedded model which draws heavily on Agile principles. We are looking for the high calibre candidate who can continue to create modern recruitment techniques that provide a competitive advantage at Improbable China.

Major responsibilities:

- Partner with the business to drive the end to end recruitment lifecycle to ensure timely delivery, refining and streamlining the hiring process where possible.

- Use creative sourcing strategies against prioritized Sprints to develop superior talent pipelines with a meaningful emphasis on diversity

- Maintain exceptional standards and data integrity across tools and systems

- Develop talent pipelines and talent mapping for future hiring needs

- Participate in major projects and initiatives including but not limited to experienced hiring, campus hiring, diversity and talent branding.
