As a Talent Acquisition org, we are experts in team building. You will coordinate interviews, refine projects / programs, and ensure AppLovin can meet its goals through world class talent. A successful Talent Operations Coordinator will coordinate virtual and onsite interviews across all business units, and ensure positive experiences for our candidates and hiring teams. This role is ideal for a detail oriented people-person with aspirations of growing their career in Talent Acquisition.
What you’ll be doing:
- Own virtual and onsite interview scheduling, negotiation, and logistics process
- Communicate and ensure positive experiences for candidates and hiring teams
- Partner with Recruiting and Business leaders to optimize job postings and posting strategy
- Process candidate experience data and optimize processes based on feedback
- Coordinate and participate in various projects within the Talent Acquisition team (i.e. process improvements)
- Assist with planning and preparation of Talent Acquisition events
- Other assigned duties, as needed
Your background and who you are:
- 1+ years of Recruiting/HR coordination experience, required
- Experience with implementing or improving programs to boost efficiency
- Bachelor’s degree (or higher education degree, certificate or training)
- Applicant tracking system (we use Lever!) and Google applications experience
- Extremely detail oriented
- Strong prioritization and time management skills
- Exceptional written and verbal communication
- Excellent customer service skills and business etiquette
- Mature mind-set in interactions with all levels of staff
- Able to thrive and is flexible in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Bonus points:
- Experience with Lever scheduling and reporting
- Program/Project management experience is a plus
- Experience with JIRA, Confluence, Workday, LinkedIn and Canva is a plus
- Growth goals in Recruiting or Operational skill sets
