Your Mission
We are seeking a Talent Onboarding Experience Lead to join our People Experience team who will focus on designing, analyzing and optimizing end-to-end processes to provide a wonderful onboarding experience for new employees and employees moving from one part of the company to the other. This role will be key to championing a simple and enjoyable approach for joining the organization that promote Activision Blizzard’s commitment to a diverse, equitable and inclusive culture, as well as keep our promise to live by our values. This role will be focused on ensuring every candidate and employee feels, well supported, warmly welcomed, and ready to contribute XYZ.
Priorities can often change in a fast-paced environment like ours, so this role includes, but is not limited to, the following responsibilities:
- Serve as Subject Matter Expert and lead the new hire and internal movement experience in areas of on-boarding, new hire processing orientation, internal employee transfers, expense management, employee referrals, work authorization, and related activities; while supporting multiple geographically dispersed Recruiters, Recruiting Managers and Hiring Managers
- Develop and deliver our new hire learning strategies and curriculum in alignment with organizational priorities and leverage facilitation skills to deliver high-impact, effective, and engaging on demand learning and growth experiences as needed
- Work with non-HR departments to develop and execute an inclusive enterprise-level onboarding program to ensure access, tools, workspace or other productivity items are ready for use on Day 1.
- Identify opportunities of improvement to the employee experience by implementing continuous enhancement based on researching onboarding assessments, industry best practice, data driven analysis and workforce sentiment which includes updating procedures, global process maps and creating change management materials.
- Manages change and communication with stakeholders to ensure that improved programs, process and initiatives are socialized appropriately in throughout the assessment, development, deployment, and adoption phases.
- Drive innovation through the use of artificial intelligence, RPA, Bots, or machine learning to automate streamlined processes improving the employee experience
- Lead the end-to-end onboarding program from pre-boarding, onboarding and post-boarding activities
- Acting as an ambassador to new and transferring employees, directing them to leverage our HR direct-access tools to answer their HR or company related questions
- Participate in pre-boarding activities through communications and scheduling to create a seamless arrival and internal movement experience
- Respond to the needs of the overall onboarding experience by being main point of contact for all stakeholders
- Execute onboarding reports, track, validate & manage new hire lists and data
- Track and report on key metrics to measure effectiveness and impact of the new hire experience
- Communicate program outcomes to leadership teams and committees by drafting presentations, reports, and correspondence in support of strategic priorities.
Player Profile
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or related fields of study
- 5 or more years of Onboarding, Human Resources, Talent Acquisition and Operations, or related fields within HR
- 3 or more years in program implementation, process improvement or change management
