Your Mission
As a Talent Marketing Lead you will be responsible for developing a measurable employer brand that attracts and excites world-class talent to and within the Call of Duty (CoD) Franchise, working in coordination with experts in central marketing, communication, and talent
Priorities can often change in a fast-paced environment like ours, so this role includes, but is not limited to, the following responsibilities:
Develop and maintain the value proposition:
- Based on CoD’s most critical skill/talent pools, develop and maintain an archetype or persona-based set of value propositions and attraction/employee experience themes that build on benchmarks and inform what talent wants and what is CoD’s unique voice
Radiate the brand to become a destination for top talent:
- Working with Activision marketing and communications teams, maintain an external and internally facing brand that speaks to the key elements of the value proposition above and positions CoD as a talent magnet
- Work with recruiting and sourcing team to manage and drive lead/applicant pull-through
- Own and keep up-to-date Activision/CoD career site
- Collaborate with corporate and franchise HR COEs to ensure all efforts are part of an integrated architecture around brand, communications, and process
Player Profile
Minimum Requirements:
- 7+ years experience in employer branding – preferably in high-growth tech or adjacent organization
- Experience driving persona-based marketing and brand strategy
- Proven understanding of candidate landscape and engagement channels
- Track record of creative work and creative problem-solving, finding unique and out-of-the-box solutions
- Proven ability to work with numbers and data
- Track record of good project management experiences
- Understanding of candidate landscape and channels
- Project management skills
- MBA and/or advanced management or marketing degree (preferred)
