The Opportunity:
Reporting to the Head of Human Resources, the Talent Manager will contribute to HR strategy development, strategic project leadership and will advise clients on all aspects of the talent agenda. You will partner with our clients to enable performance and deliver an exceptional talent experience.
Building extraordinary relationships is a key element of our talent management approach. Collaborating with our HR team, the Talent Manager will facilitate performance management, compensation, employee relations and development processes with clients.

Responsibilities:
Build deep, trust-based advisory relationships with clientsPartner with clients to facilitate performance management, employee development and compensation processes, delivering an engaging experience and positioning people for successManage employee relations issues and leverage experiences to enhance our policies and practicesCollaborate with HR Operations and Sourcing & Acquisition to provide seamless support to leaders and clientsChampion an inclusive and healthy work environmentWork with the HR Specialists and Generalist on promotions, on-boarding, transfers, and terminations ensuring accuracy and delivering against timelinesLead company-wide HR projects and initiativesProvide clients with advice on and interpretation of HR policies, programs and practicesRequirements
- Exceptional ability to establish client relationships and deliver exceptional service
