Your Mission
As a Talent Intelligence Lead you will be using internal and external people data, determine the strategic workforce plan (e.g. build, borrow, buy) which ensures we have the talent we need to execute on our business priorities
Priorities can often change in a fast-paced environment like ours, so this role includes, but is not limited to, the following responsibilities:
Know what we have:
In conjunction with Talent Intelligence and People Analytics teams, develop a basic understanding of Call of Duty's talent supply
Help drive roll-out of a cohesive skills taxonomy and assessment, up-leveling view of talent supply from basic understanding of who we have, to advanced understanding of what they can do
Know what’s out there:
Map external labor market to clarify our relative, competitive position and pinpoint high-value sources of talent
Know what we need to do:
In pace with business cycle, work across corporate and franchise business, finance, and HR teams to align business priorities and demand with understanding of talent supply to surface critical gaps and levers to address
As needed and in more ad-hoc fashion, support resolution of key talent supply questions (e.g. attrition hot-spots and what to do about them)
Player Profile
Minimum Requirements:
- 3+ years experience in strategic HR and/or organization consulting, with focus on talent intelligence and/or People Analytics; in particular experience building predictive models using internal and external HR data
- Experience working with large data sets, particularly in HR and skills
- Experience managing high-stakes project that are strategic in nature
- Track record of positive engagement with business stakeholders at all levels and at scale
- Analytical and quantitative skills
- Knowledge of IO psychology, assessment, and/or skills fundamentals
- Ability to work in Tableau
- Rigorous problem structuring and problem-solving ability
- Advanced organizational science or data science degree (preferred)

- Can engage with senior stakeholders and with high-level, strategic content
- Can collaborate across enterprise functions (e.g. with central People Analytics team)
