Talent & HR Coordinator - Istanbul

As a Talent/HR Coordinator you’ll help provide administrational support across the People and Culture team. This would include managing the flow of candidates thorough our CMS system, scheduling interviews and helping to source for open positions. The successful candidate will also work closely with the People and Culture Managers for both London and Istanbul, helping to respond to business requests and actively ensuring our people have an outstanding employee experience.

Responsibilities

• Support the internal teams making our hiring processes run like clockwork
• Ensuring our CMS system is up to date, making sure all candidates are responded to in a timely manner
• Liaise with candidates to schedule interviews across multiple countries including arranging travel where necessary
• Responsible for post-offer administration including processing all reference checks, background checks and relocation assistance
• Coordinate the onboarding process for all new joiners to ensure they have a smooth and consistent experience
• Liaise with the Office and IT teams to organise equipment for new joiners globally

Requirements

• Proven work experience providing support to a Recruitment or HR team.
• Familiarity with HR databases, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Candidate Management Systems (CMS)
• Hands-on experience with recruiting software, as well as Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS) or Human Resource Management Systems (HRMS)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience in the Creative Industry
