As our new Talent Development Specialist (f/m/d), you will be responsible for growing, developing, and retaining talents to maximize their full potential, studio engagement and overall Ubisoft experience. The role focuses on driving learning initiatives to grow skillsets, develop leaders, and foster a learning culture that enables people to develop their full potential.
In your role as the Talent Development Specialist you act as the main point of contact for our Leads and HR Business Partners in talent development questions and will oversee all talent development initiatives while ensuring management and implementation of best practices and processes. You are responsible for all development activities administration and logistics as well as their ongoing improvement and supervision of existing talent development initiatives.
The place of work can be Düsseldorf, Mainz or Berlin.
What you will do:
- Assess relevant training needs in consultation with key stakeholders including implementation of the relevant initiatives
- Content curation & production to support leaders & managers’ development
- Growing providers list of top experts, speakers, facilitators and coaches
- Monitoring of trainings’ effectiveness and impact, and adjustment recommendations
- Participation in and management of (international) HR projects
Qualifications
What you bring:
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources management, education, adult education or equivalent training
- Preferably with 2+ years of experience in training and development, coaching or human resources
- Leverage knowledge of learning methods and training theories to conceive high-standard training programs or brief training consultants to deliver trainings tailored to Ubisoft needs
- Organize training sessions and manage the events from vendor management, supplies & equipment management to event communication
- Leverage a good knowledge of theories, methods and best practices in career development (career discussion structure, action learning vs. training, mentoring) to support and advise managers & team members with adapted career tools
- Leverage knowledge of methods and practices in workforce planning in order to support Ubisoft in having the right people with the right skills at the right time
