Talent Development Intern (f/m/d)

Job Description

The human resources development intern supports all operational tasks and also looks after smaller projects alone. They assists in finding new training and has a good sense of trends. Together with the team, he ensures that current training is carried out to the full satisfaction of everyone and participates in the consultation of employees.

• Providing assistance to talent development tasks and projects
• Supporting the creation of new training ideas and concepts
• Involvement in creating leadership development concepts
• Coordinating and organizing trainings in collaboration with internal colleagues or external providers
• Administration of our internal learning platform
• Managing and supervising on- and off-site training sessions from start to end

Qualifications

• Student of economics with a focus on human resources or a comparable degree program
• Strong administrative and organizational focus
• Service-oriented and emphatic
• Very good spoken and written English language skills and fluent German language skills
