We provide creative support services for all projects - across multiple studios, both internal and third-party – finding and hiring the most appropriate vendors, overseeing production pipelines and fluid communication, and delivering content on time and on budget. What We Need:
Behind the scenes of 2K’s best-sellers is the management of the Voice Over and Motion Capture Talent who bring our games to life. Sourcing, scheduling, and paying actors requires a skilled multitasking team. As the Talent Assistant supporting that team, we want someone who relishes seeking out top talent, working with agents and producers to coordinate shoots, and ensuring prompt payment and accurate tracking of all sessions. This is a client-facing job that requires long-term relationship building. If you are a creative and detail-oriented person who loves to collaborate, then we want to meet you!
- Assist with talent scheduling and payment
- Schedule talent travel and accommodations
- Archive casting materials and auditions
- Maintain project tracking database
- Support department coordinators and managers with additional daily tasks
Who We Think Will Be A Great Fit:
This is a job that requires vigilant proactivity – we pride ourselves in always taking the initiative and prepare for the project’s needs. The ideal candidate needs to be a self-starter, adept at managing their own time, and an excellent communicator and record keeper. Above all, the ideal candidate must provide steadfast guidance to talent, support to the Talent Coordinator, and outstanding customer service to our partners.
- 1-3 years of production experience, particularly within creative fields: Video Games, Motion Capture, Film, TV, or Commercials
- Strong Excel skills – accounting or payroll experience beneficial
- Highly collaborative and able to communicate gracefully, maintaining partner relationships
- Excellent verbal and written skills, with the ability to break down complicated goals into detailed, digestible, and clear content descriptions
- Strong attention to detail, especially with regards to dates and scheduling
- Great enthusiasm for actors – how often do you visit IMDb per day?
